Ryan brings over 25 years of mastery to every commission. His background spans new construction, commercial projects, tenant finishes, remodels, outdoor living spaces, and land development — with projects ranging from $350,000 to over $15 Million. Ryan and Upland Development have participated in the Salt Lake Parade of Homes, earning People's Choice, Best of Show, Outstanding Design, and Best Architecture.
Jesica Taylor
Jesica received her real estate license in 2005 and has since cultivated expertise across new construction, land sales, luxury estates, and first-time buyers. With an extensive background in accounting since 1998, she leads marketing for Upland Development and has been instrumental in building the brand from the ground up — ensuring every client experience reflects the atelier's values.
