Meet Our Team

Ryan TaylorPresident/General Contractor
Ryan has an extensive background in the construction industry and has over 17 years of experience in new construction, commercial projects, tenant finishes, remodels, outdoor living spaces, and land development. He has experience with projects that range in price from $350,000 to over $6 Million. Ryan and Upland Development have participated in the Salt Lake Parade of Homes, and have won awards for quality and craftsmanship, among these awards are People’s Choice, Best of Show, Outstanding Design, and Best Architecture.
Jesica TaylorSales/Office Manager
Jesica received her real estate license in July of 2005. She has experience in new construction, land sales, remodels, recreational properties, luxury estates and has also serviced many first-time home buyers. She also has an extensive background in accounting and has worked in accounts receivable and payables since 1998. Jesica is also lead on marketing for Upland Development, and has been instrumental in assisting Ryan as they have built their business from the ground up and created a brand that is both recognizable and highly regarded.
